Notice of charges or convictions
51Every registered supplier or registered gaming assistant shall notify the Registrar if the supplier, including any of its officers, directors or partners or a person deemed to be interested in the supplier, or the gaming assistant, as the case may be, has been charged or convicted of any offence in any jurisdiction within 15 days after such charge or conviction.
