Objects of the Corporation
5The objects of the Corporation are to
(a)
develop, organize, undertake and conduct and manage lottery schemes on behalf of the government of the Province,
(b)
develop, organize, undertake and conduct and manage lottery schemes on behalf of the government of the Province and the government of another province of Canada,
(c)
ensure that lottery schemes conducted and managed by the Corporation are conducted and managed in accordance with the
Criminal Code (Canada) and this Act and the regulations, and
(d)
do such other things in respect of lottery schemes as the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may from time to time require.
