Waiting period after refusal or revocation
48(1)No person who is refused registration, who is refused renewal of a registration or whose registration is revoked may apply to the Registrar for registration until at least 2 years have passed since the refusal or revocation.
48(2)No person whose registration is suspended may apply to the Registrar for registration during the suspension.
48(3)Notwithstanding section 44, the Registrar may, without giving written reasons, reject an application made after the time period specified in subsection (1) if, in the opinion of the Registrar, the application discloses no substantial new evidence or no material change in circumstances since the refusal or revocation took effect.
