Person deemed interested in another person
38For the purpose of sections 39 to 41, a person is deemed to be interested in another person if
(a)
that person has, or the Registrar on reasonable grounds believes that that person has, a beneficial interest in the business of the other person,
(b)
that person exercises control, or the Registrar on reasonable grounds believes that that person exercises control, either directly or indirectly, over the business of the other person, or
(c)
that person has provided financing, or the Registrar on reasonable grounds believes that that person has provided financing, either directly or indirectly, to the business of the other person.
