Agreement to support horse racing industry
23.1The Corporation may, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, enter into an agreement with Horse Racing New Brunswick Inc. for the purposes of supporting the harness racing industry in the Province and may, where there is an agreement, pay from its revenues no more than $1,000,000 in any year to that organization in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
