10(1)The business and affairs of the Corporation shall be administered by a board of directors which shall consist of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury Board and two senior civil servants appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, one of whom shall be from the Department of Health.

10(2)Three members of the board constitute a quorum.

10(3)A vacancy on the board does not impair the capacity of the board to act.
