Certificate of order, ruling or decision of Commission
59(1)The Commission may issue a certificate under the seal of the Commission embodying the substance of an order, ruling or decision made by it.
59(2)The Commission shall, on the application of a municipality or rural community, the Minister of Local Government or a firefighter or former firefighter or dependant interested in an order, ruling or decision of the Commission, issue a certificate under the seal of the Commission embodying the substance of the order, ruling or decision.
