51(1)An amount equal to the costs incurred by the Attorney General under section 49 with respect to an intervention made before the Board
(a)
shall be deemed to be included within the annual expenses for the Board for the purposes of assessment under section 50,
(b)
shall be assessed as direct expenses, and
(c)
shall be collected by the Board and remitted to the Minister of Finance.
51(2)The Attorney General shall provide the Board with an accounting of the costs to be recovered on or before the last day in June and the last day in February in each fiscal year.

shall be deemed to be included within the annual expenses for the Board for the purposes of assessment under section 50,
(b)
shall be assessed as direct expenses, and
(c)
shall be collected by the Board and remitted to the Minister of Finance.
51(2)The Minister of Justice and Consumer Affairs shall provide the Board with an accounting of the costs to be recovered on or before the last day in June and the last day in February in each fiscal year.
