Immunity of members and employees
16No action lies for damages or otherwise against any of the following persons in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, while acting under the authority of this or any other Act or regulation by the person:
(b)
the Chairperson or a former Chairperson;
(c)
any other member or former member of the Board;
(d)
any employee or former employee of the Board;
(e)
any person appointed under this Act; and
(f)
any person acting under or who has acted under the authority of this Act or the instructions of a person referred to in paragraph (
a), (
b), (
c) or (
d).
