Offences respecting impersonation
107
Every person who
(
a
)
applies under this Act to be included in the register of electors or any list of electors in any name other than his own,
(
b
)
at an election applies to vote in any name other than his own,
(
c
)
having voted once at an election, applies to vote again at the same election, or
(
d
)
aids, abets, counsels, procures or endeavours to procure the commission by any person of any of the acts in this section defined,
is guilty of the corrupt practice of personation.
