Disclosure of information
42.72The Chief Coroner may disclose information, including personal information and personal health information, collected during an investigation or inquest or collected by a death review committee
(a)
to the government of another province or territory of Canada for any purpose prescribed by regulation,
(b)
to a person conducting a research project, if the project has been approved under section 43 of the
Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act, or
(c)
to a research data centre in accordance with section 43.1 of that Act.
