Certificate of Director respecting documents, as evidence
210(1)The Director shall furnish any person with a certificate that an extra-provincial corporation has sent to the Director a document required to be sent to him under this Act.
210(2)A certificate purporting to be signed by the Director and stating that a named extra-provincial corporation was or was not registered on a specified day or during a specified period, or a certified copy of such certificate, when introduced as evidence in any civil, criminal or administrative action or proceeding, is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, proof of the facts so certified without proof of the signature or official character of the person appearing to have signed the certificate.
