Notice of amendment and certificate of amendment
206(1)A registered extra-provincial corporation shall send to the Director, in the form provided by the Director
(a)
a notice of any change in the name of an extra-provincial corporation resulting from an amendment of its charter, and
(b)
a notice of any change in
(i)
the address of its principal office in New Brunswick and its registered office, and
(ii)
the membership of its board of directors, board of management or other governing body,
within one month after the effective date of the change and the Director, in the form provided by the Director shall file the notice.
206(2)A notice sent to the Director pursuant to subparagraph (1)(
b)(ii) shall contain the address of each new member of the board of directors, board of management or governing body.
206(3)Upon receipt and filing of a notice sent to the Director pursuant to paragraph (1)(
a), the Director shall, subject to subsection 199(1), issue a certificate of amendment of registration and change his records accordingly.
