202(1)An extra-provincial corporation shall set out its name or the name under which it carries on business in the Province in legible characters in all contracts, invoices, negotiable instruments and orders for goods or services issued or made by or on behalf of that corporation.
202(2)Whenever an extra-provincial corporation which is required to register a business name under the
Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act pursuant to section 199, sets out its corporate name in contracts, invoices, negotiable instruments or orders for goods or services issued or made by or on behalf of the corporation, the extra-provincial corporation shall set out as well in legible characters that business name.
