190(1)A person is entitled during usual business hours to examine a document required by this Act or the regulations to be sent to the Director, except a report sent to him under subsection 156(2), and upon payment of the prescribed fee, to make copies of or extracts therefrom.

190(2)The Director shall furnish any person with a copy or a certified copy of a document required by this Act or the regulations to be sent to the Director, except a report sent to him under subsection 156(2).
