178(2)If there are reasonable grounds for believing that a corporation will not receive a notice or document, then a notice or document required to be sent to or served upon a corporation may be sent by registered mail to or served upon any director of the corporation as shown in the last notice filed under subsection 64(1) or 71(1), and, if so sent, shall be deemed to be received or served on the corporation at the time it would be delivered in the ordinary course of mail to such director or served upon such director, unless there are reasonable grounds for believing that the director did not receive the notice or document at the time or at all.
