151(1)A person who has been granted custody of the documents and records of a dissolved corporation remains liable to produce such documents and records for six years following the date of its dissolution or until the expiry of such other shorter period as may be ordered under subsection 149(5).

151(2)A person who, without reasonable cause, contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both and in default of payment of a fine is liable to imprisonment in accordance with subsection 31(3) of the Summary Convictions Act.
