Document signed by assessor as evidence
“assessor” means a person designated under subsection 2(1) to act on behalf of the Director in respect of matters pertaining to the assessment of real property, including requests for review of assessment to the Director and appeals to the Board.(évaluateur)
12.2(2)In any prosecution or other proceeding under this Act before a court, board or other tribunal, any document purporting to be signed by an assessor is, without proof of the appointment, authority or signature of the assessor, admissible in evidence and is
prima facie proof of the facts stated in the document.
