Crown Construction Contracts Act 106Despite section 108 of this Act, and despite any inconsistency with any provision of this Act and any regulation under this Act, the following provisions of New Brunswick Regulation 82-109 under the Crown Construction Contracts Act, as they existed immediately before the commencement of this section, continue to apply to all contracts to which that Act and the regulations under that Act apply, entered into before the commencement of this section, and to all subcontracts under those contracts:
