Disclosure of information

(1)
No person shall disclose information received by the child support service under this Act or the regulations.

(2)
Despite subsection (1), a person may disclose information referred to in subsection (1) if the disclosure is
(
a
)
necessary for the purpose of recalculating the amount of child support,
(
b
)
for a purpose authorized by this Act or the regulations, or
(
c
)
required by an Act or regulation of the Province or of Canada.
