“child support order” means a provision for the payment of child support in an order or judgment that is enforceable in the Province, except an order that has no force or effect until it is confirmed by a court of competent jurisdiction, and includes
(ordonnance alimentaire pour enfant)
(a)
an interim order made under this Act or under the
Divorce Act (Canada),
(b)
an order varying an order made under this Act or the
Divorce Act (Canada),
(c)
an agreement filed with the Court in accordance with section 79, and
(d)
an order made under an enactment of another province or territory of Canada respecting family law if the order has been registered under section 18 of the
Interjurisdictional Support Orders Act.
