Senior officer may advise on a matter while having a conflict
95A senior officer may, within the scope of their employment, provide advice to a council, a local board or a committee on a matter with respect to which the senior officer has a conflict of interest, if the advice is provided at the request of the council, the local board or the committee and the request is made with knowledge of the conflict.
