Amendment or repeal of rural plan and regulations after incorporation, annexation or decrease in territorial limits
34If a regulation is made effecting an incorporation or annexation or a decrease in territorial limits of a local government, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may, by regulation,
(a)
amend or repeal a rural plan or any other regulation made under the
Community Planning Act to make adjustments respecting areas affected by the incorporation, annexation or decrease in territorial limits, and
(b)
change the territorial limits of any rural district affected by the incorporation, annexation or decrease in territorial limits.
