Immunity with respect to Invest NB
43Section 31 of this Act applies with the necessary modifications to the following persons:
(a) the former Chief Executive Officer in relation to any act or thing done by him on or before October 15, 2014;
(b) any other former member of the Board; and
(c) any former employee of Invest NB.
