Categories and subcategories of licences

(1)
The following licences are prescribed for the purposes of this Act and the regulations:
(
a
)
a promoter’s licence;
(
b
)
a contestant’s licence;
(
c
)
a corner-person’s licence;
(
d
)
a judge’s licence;
(
e
)
a referee’s licence;
(
f
)
a room-supervisor’s licence; and
(
g
)
a timekeeper’s licence.

(2)
A contestant’s licence authorizes the holder to participate
(
a
)
in professional bouts, or
(
b
)
in amateur bouts.
