11No action or other proceeding lies or shall be instituted against any of the following persons for anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith by the person while acting under the authority of this Act or the regulations:
(a)
the Commission;
(b)
the chair or a former chair of the Commission;
(c)
any other member or former member of the Commission;
(d)
an inspector or former inspector appointed under the Act; and
(e)
an employee or former employee of the Commission.
