26(1)No action or other proceeding lies or shall be instituted against a director, officer or employee of the Corporation or of a subsidiary of the Corporation or against a former director, officer or employee of the Corporation, of a subsidiary of the Corporation or of a predecessor corporation for any act done in good faith in the exercise or performance or the intended exercise or performance of a power or duty under this Act or the regulations or for any neglect or default in the exercise or performance in good faith of such a power or duty.

26(2)Subsection (1) does not relieve the Corporation, a subsidiary of the Corporation or a predecessor corporation of any liability to which it would otherwise be subject in respect of a cause of action arising from any act, neglect or default referred to in subsection (1).

26(2)Subsection (1) does not relieve the Corporation, a subsidiary of the Corporation or an amalgamating corporation of any liability to which it would otherwise be subject in respect of a cause of action arising from any act, neglect or default referred to in subsection (1).
