155Subsection 20(3) of the Edmundston Act, 1998, chapter E-1.111 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1998, is amended by striking out “within the territorial limits of the municipality” and substituting “within the territorial limits of the municipality and of St Basile 10 (an Indian reserve under the Indian Act (Canada))”.
