138(1)Despite the Financial Administration Act, the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board may establish segregated funds for the purposes of receiving money from the Corporation to be applied to the payment of expenses associated with the decommissioning and irradiated fuel management costs relating to the Point Lepreau nuclear generating station.

138(2)The segregated funds established under subsection (1) shall be managed in accordance with the terms established by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board.
