103.1(1)Despite subsection 103(1), as it existed on December 18, 2020, the Corporation shall not make an application to the Board for approval of the Corporation’s schedules of rates it proposes to charge for its services for the fiscal year which commences on April 1, 2021.

103.1(2)For the fiscal year which commences on April 1, 2021, the Corporation shall charge for its services the rates last approved or fixed by the Board until such time as new rates are approved or fixed under section 103.
