Members of the Tribunal
31(1)The members of the Tribunal, including the chair, shall be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council for a term not exceeding five years and, subject to subsections (2) and (3), may be reappointed.
31(2)Subject to subsection (3), a person is not eligible to serve as a member of the Tribunal for more than ten years.
31(3)If a member of the Tribunal is appointed the chair of the Tribunal, the member is eligible to be appointed as chair for a term not exceeding five years regardless of how many years the person served as a member prior to their appointment as chair.
31(4)The chair of the Tribunal shall designate a vice-chair from among the members of the Tribunal, who shall have the same qualifications as the chair of the Tribunal set out in section 32.
