References to the Financial and Consumer Services Tribunal
84.2Where in any Act, other than this Act, or in any rule, order, regulation, by-law, agreement or other instrument or document, reference is made to the Financial and Consumer Services Tribunal abolished under subsection 84.1(1), it shall be read, unless the context otherwise requires, as a reference to the Tribunal.
