Provincial Offences Procedure Act
82Paragraph 137(c) of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act, chapter P-22.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1987, is amended
(a) in subparagraph (ii.1) by striking out “and” at the end of the subparagraph;
(b) in subparagraph (iii) of the English version by adding “and” at the end of the subparagraph;
(c) by adding after subparagraph (iii) the following:
(iv) sections 46 and 47 of the Species at Risk Act,
