Offences
62A person who violates or fails to comply with any of the following provisions commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category J offence:
(a) subsection 28(2);
(b) paragraph 28(3)(a);
(c) paragraph 28(3)(b);
(d) subsection 28(5);
(e) subsection 31(4);
(f) section 37;
(g) subsection 45(2);
(h) paragraph 78(1)(a); and
(i) paragraph 78(1)(b).
Offences
62A person who violates or fails to comply with any of the following provisions commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category J offence:

(c) paragraph 28(3)(b);
(d) subsection 28(5);
(e) subsection 31(4);
(f) section 37;
(g) subsection 45(2);
(h) paragraph 78(1)(a); and
(i) paragraph 78(1)(b).
