By-laws
11(1)The board of trustees of the Foundation may make by-laws respecting the following:
(a) the calling and the conduct of meetings;
(b) the procedures and criteria for selecting public library projects, programs and services to be supported;
(c) the election of an acting chair to act in the absence of the chair; and
(d) the management of the affairs of the Foundation.
11(2)The Regulations Act does not apply to by-laws made under subsection (1).
