Secretary and other officers and employees
12(1)A Secretary of the Board and any other officers and employees that the Board considers necessary may be appointed under the Civil Service Act.
12(2)The Secretary of the Board shall perform the duties and functions required or authorized to be performed by the Secretary under this or any other Act of the Legislature or as may be required or authorized by the Board or the chief executive officer.
