Termination of state of emergency or state of local emergency
16(1)The Minister may
(a)
terminate a state of emergency with respect to an area identified by the Minister in his or her declaration of a state of emergency when, in his or her opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area, and
(b)
terminate a state of local emergency with respect to an area identified by a municipality in its declaration of a state of local emergency when, in his or her opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area.
16(2)A municipality may terminate a state of local emergency with respect to an area identified by it in its declaration of a state of local emergency when, in its opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area.
Termination of state of emergency or state of local emergency
16(1)The Minister may
(a)
terminate a state of emergency with respect to an area identified by the Minister in his or her declaration of a state of emergency when, in his or her opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area, and
(b)
terminate a state of local emergency with respect to an area identified by a municipality in its declaration of a state of local emergency when, in his or her opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area.
16(2)A municipality may terminate a state of local emergency with respect to an area identified by it in its declaration of a state of local emergency when, in its opinion, an emergency no longer exists in that area.
