(a)
the fire marshal is the coordinator of all efforts in relation to the suppression and prevention of fires, and every fire brigade, fire department and firefighter in the area in which the state of emergency exists is subject to his or her direction and control, and
(b)
the officer commanding “J” Division of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is the coordinator of all efforts in relation to law enforcement, and every police officer, auxiliary police officer and auxiliary police constable in the area in which the state of emergency exists is subject to his or her direction and control.
