36The Chief Inspector may suspend a steamfitter-pipefitter licence if the Chief Inspector is satisfied that the licensee has done any of the following:
(a)
obtained his or her steamfitter-pipefitter licence through misrepresentation or fraud;
(b)
proven to be incompetent or grossly negligent in the discharge of his or her duties;
(c)
permitted some other person to act under authority of his or her steamfitter-pipefitter licence;
(d)
been convicted of an offence under this Act or the regulations; or
(e)
been guilty of an act of impropriety in connection with his or her duties while acting under authority of his or her steamfitter-pipefitter licence.
