Cancellation of agriculture occupation permit
28The Minister may cancel an agriculture occupation permit if the holder of the agriculture occupation permit
(a)
violates or fails to comply with this Act or the regulations,
(b)
violates or fails to comply with a term or condition of the agriculture occupation permit, or
(c)
requests in writing that the agriculture occupation permit be cancelled.
