Logbooks
181(1)An employer shall use for each mine hoisting plant the following logbooks:
(a) Rope Record Book;
(b) Hoist Operator’s Logbook;
(c) Electrical Hoisting Equipment Record Book;
(d) Hoisting Machinery Record Book; and
(e) Shaft Inspection Record Book.
181(2)An employer shall keep a logbook required under subsection (1) for three years after the last entry in the book.
