Safety procedures – hazardous operations
342.7With respect to hazardous operations, an employer shall ensure that
(a)
written safe work procedures for hazardous operations, including spill response, are established,
(b)
employees are adequately instructed and trained in the safe work procedures for hazardous operations, and
(c)
employees follow the safe work procedures for hazardous operations.
