30(1)The person who is the Chairman of the Pension Board immediately before the commencement of this Regulation shall continue as Chair until the end of his or her appointed term.

30(2)A person who is an elected Member of the Pension Board or the Pension Committee immediately before the commencement of this Regulation shall continue as a Member until the end of his or her elected term.
