29(1)A member of the Board shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Board for expenses incurred for attending meetings of the Board and for discharging other duties assigned to the member by the Board in accordance with the Travel Directive of the Treasury Board.

29(2)If a member of the Board incurs a loss of pay due to absence from work as a result of attending meetings of the Board or discharging other duties assigned to the member by the Board, the member shall be entitled to be compensated by the Board at a rate of $40 per day.

29(3)In accordance with subsection 8(5), any expenses reimbursed or compensation paid by the Board under this section shall be withdrawn from the pension fund.
