Duties of Chair and Vice-Chair
27(1)The Chair has the following duties:
(a) when present, presiding at meetings of the Board; and
(b) arranging for the calling of meetings of the Board and arranging the time and place of meetings.
27(2)The Chair and the Vice-Chair shall perform the duties and exercise the powers prescribed by the Board.
