23(1)The minutes of a meeting of the Board shall be taken by the Secretary-Treasurer or, in his or her absence, the Chair or Vice-Chair, who shall mail, fax or e-mail them to each member of the Board within 14 days after the date of the meeting.

23(2)The minutes of a meeting shall be approved at the next regular meeting of the Board.
