Annual meeting
20(1)The Chair shall call an annual meeting of the Board during the month of October.
20(2)At an annual meeting, the Board shall do the following:
(a) review the annual report; and
(b) consider any matter raised by the members of the Board or by an interested person concerning the administration of the plan.
20(3)The annual meeting of the Board shall be held on a day to be fixed by the Chair.
20(4)Notice of an annual meeting of the Board shall be in writing and shall state the time and place fixed for the meeting.
20(5)Not later than 15 days before the date fixed for an annual meeting of the Board, notice of the annual meeting shall be delivered personally or sent by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail to each member of the Board at his or her last known address, fax number or e-mail address.
20(6)The Secretary-Treasurer shall be the secretary at an annual meeting of the Board and, in the absence of the Secretary-Treasurer, the Chair shall appoint another member of the Board to be the secretary for that meeting.
