12(1)Notice of a meeting of the committee shall be in writing and shall state the time and place fixed for the meeting.

12(2)A notice of meeting shall be sent by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail to each representative who has been appointed to the committee and who has notified the Secretary-Treasurer of his or her appointment.

12(3)Not later than 30 days before the date of a meeting of the committee, notice of the meeting shall be sent by ordinary mail, fax or e-mail to all employers.

12(4)An employer who receives a notice of meeting shall distribute the notice to each of its employees who is a member of the plan.
