Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Photo Identification Card Fee Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The annual fee for the provision of a photo identification card by the Minister of Public Safety is $12.
