Under subsection 23(4) of the Civil Service Act, the Secretary to Treasury Board makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Notice Period Regulation - Civil Service Act.
2The notice period for the purposes of subsection 23(4) of the Civil Service Act is two weeks and commences on the day the deputy head gives the notice to the employee.
